faces


Faces like these have been popping up all over town--mostly on lamp posts and the backs of signs. Sometimes city workers will paint over them, and the graffiti artist/tagger will come back and put up a new face.

No idea what kind of statement the artist is trying to make...but like dsole, I really like them--kind of cute, yet so simple. and I get excited whenever I find one that wasn't there before. I'm always looking out for new ones now.

I don't necessarily condone destruction of public properties but I like these graffitis. The cartoons are cute.
