catching some rays

Yesterday was unusually bright and sunny for winter in Zurich (usually it's gray and dreary). So these teenagers just plopped themselves down in the middle of the street to enjoy the sunshine, and everyone had to walk around them.

Its really look like summer. Or spring. And of course they started to enjoy themselves. I like flexible people like this:)

And behind the pavement-hogging youngsters are two older women stopping to chat.

One of the young girls is giving you the eye!

It says something about the cleanliness of your streets too.

I would have done the same!

That's youth. They need a little extra space!

Fantastic photo! Yes the streets are always clean enough to do this in Zurich, if memory serves me well.
The girl on the right has the same hair exactly as i had when i spent so much time there, and i am wearing her exact same shoes, in fact black sweater and similar jeans today! How strange. Like a trip back in time mixed with the present for me. Thank you!
It's incredibly fortuitous the way the sunlight brings this group alive. It's really beautiful, i think it's my favourite of yours so far.

great shot! Its funny how they just plop themselves down in the middle of a walkway! Nevertheless, it shows what the warmth of the sun can mean in winter
