book [suit] cases

This antique luggage shop also sells used books, mostly in English. What? Antique luggage, you say? Who buys antique luggage anyway? How does this place stay in business? Who knows...perhaps it's the used books...

Hello AinZ! And welcome to our family. I love your profile description "Perpetual tourist in Zurich..."

Hi from Villigen and welcome to the DP community! Are you on one of the expats Yahoo list? I had posted there about my blog and asked if a Zürich dweller was interested in starting a ZH one just the day before yours started so I'm very pleased to see this. Very cool!

Nice way to suitcase, I mean showcase, old books.

Old luggage is quite collectable nowadays. Apparently a load of old and battered suitcases piled up in a corner is supposed to be a design feature in houses. Luggage labels are collectable too. Just look on Ebay!

Great idea to display books. I've looked through your blog and it holds happy memories for me so i'm looking forward to more shots of Zurich and its surroundings.
