hacky sack!

Late afternoon by the Limmat River, and these guys were playing hacky sack. Seems like the warm weather is here to stay, and everyone is definitely enjoying Zürich at its best: long days, sunshine, hanging out at the lake or river, relaxing at outdoor cafes and bars...soon the water will be warm enough for a swim...yay!

Ainz, I'm fascinated by the mural on the wall behind the players! Good capture of the action, too.l

I don't know what hacky sack is but it looks like the young men are having fun.

Abe-a hacky sack is sort of like a small bean bag. You can see it on the foot of the guy on the right-he was just about to kick it to one of the other players. The object is to pass it around the circle without using your hands or letting it land on the ground.

Kate-the mural in the background used to be a blank wall, but recently the city of Zurich granted graffiti artists permission to but their work up in this part of the city. It changes constantly.

Forgot to mention that the river was directly behind me when I took the picture.

I have seen kids played the game/sport at Union Square but I didn't know what it was called. Now I do. Thanks for the lesson.
