late winter

It's hard to believe that just two days ago I was hanging out at the lake without a coat and enjoying some spring-like weather (see yesterday's post--that picture was taken on Saturday). When I got up this morning, this was the view from my bedroom window. Keep in mind that we've had an incredibly mild winter, and this is only the second snowfall in Zurich this year. To see the snowy view from my living room couch, go here.

What? Snow! I must grab my camera and run out immediately!

I hope our snow is gone for another year. We had a nice December and then it got bad. Lots of ice and snow. I like your photography.

We have the same situation here in Reykjavik, it was starting to look like the spring was coming but last weekend it started snowing and the weather has been quite difficult lately to say the least :)

Both photos give us a good view of the new snowfall. It really is quite beautiful, isn't it?

We didn't have much snow but wind and hail [tomorrows post will tell] I've a friend flying from Salzburg to Liverpool today and he was worried about the snow in Austria but I expect it'll be OK.

Here today is sunny but very very cold.

I've posted a reply to your pants comment on Hyde DP

Just been looking at your extra camel photos -- lovely!
